Ours is one of the few condominium buildings in the city of Belleair Beach. This quiet residential area has many large, private homes on the Gulf. Dolphins can be seen swimming just feet from the beach and locals catch stone crabs within sight of the condo. With the absence of commercial properties in Belleair Beach the only noise you will hear at night is the sound of the surf.



Although Belleair Beach is a not one of the touristy sections of beach along the Gulf of Mexico there are many food markets, wine shops, restaurants and boutiques within a few minutes drive.

During your stay you may want to visit Safety Harbor Spa or the Spa at the Don Cesar for an afternoon of relaxation and meditation.
And for those athletically oriented guests The Pinellas bike trail, golf, tennis, and boat, kayak and jet ski rentals are just a short drive away.
In any case, we are sure you will enjoy the seclusion and serenity of the quiet beach and breathtaking scenery; Tranquility is a welcome retreat.
