Rental Policies

Rental Policies are set by the individual unit owners
Acceptance of these policies are a condition of all unit rentals

•  Check-in time is 2:00pm or later.   Check-out time is 10:00am or earlier.

•  All damages to property directly resulting from your stay will be charged to the the credit card number provided on your reservation authorization form.

•  Absolutely no smoking indoorsA charge of $600 will automatically be made
to your credit card should you choose to ignore our smoking restrictions.

•  Maximum 2 guests per Unit.  No unregistered visitors permitted overnight.

•  Maximum 2 visitors per Unit at any given time.

•  Park in your reserved space only.  In addition, no more than one “guest parking” space may be used at any given time

•  Our housekeepers will clean the condo upon your departure however, Guests must clean the oven (if used) and clean and put away all glasses, pots, pans, and utensils.  All laundry (includes floor mats) other than one set of bedding and up to 4 towels are the Guest's responsibility as well.  There is a coin operated washer and dryer on the premises.  An additional $50.00 will automatically be charged to your credit card for failure to meet these requirements.

•  One key must be in the lock box and two in the condo upon your departure or an additional $50.00 per set will automatically be charged to your credit card.

•  All money due must be paid prior to arrival date.

•  Reservations are non-refundable and become non-cancelable once they are paid in full

•  If a Guest is unable to use their reservation we will try to re-rent the dates and refund whatever money we can.  In order to initiate this effort that Guest must provide a written release of the rental unit with the understanding that the amount of money refunded to them will be based upon the amount recovered by us from the new rental.  Should we be able to re-rent the unit at the same rate, a $45.00 administrative fee will be deducted from the amount of the refund.  This re-booking service is a courtesy we choose to extend but can not guaranty.
