While rental policies are set by the individual unit owners,
our property rules and regulations are set by
the Chateau Condominium Board of Directors.
Failure to comply with these rules and regulations as well as any other posted
warnings may
result in the termination of your rental and loss of all rental fees paid.
PLEASE
RESPECT OUR PROPERTY AND OUR NEIGHBORS
Please
do not throw your cigarette buts on the ground
No
personal property may be stored in common walkways and passages
Barbecue grills are to be used only
in designated areas
Only
2 visitors per rental unit at one time
No more than one guest parking space
should be used at any given time
Unauthorized or illegally parked vehicles
will be towed at the owner's expense
Laundry
facilities are located at the south side of the building and must
be
cleaned after each use
Wet
towels & clothing should be dried on the clothesline located
at the north
side of the building, not on deck chairs
Pool
closes at Dusk
Pool
deck hours are between 9:00am and 9:00pm
There
is no lifeguard so swimming is permitted at your own risk
All
bathers must shower off any suntan lotion, sand or salt water before
entering the pool
No diving, jumping, running, loud
music or shouting
Radio playing on the pool deck is
strongly discouraged
Please do not monopolize lounges and/or
tables
Floats and rafts should be removed
from the pool after use
Chairs
and lounges should be returned to their proper place after use
Pool
deck furniture may not be removed from the pool deck
